The following terms and conditions cover general terms and conditions for use of this Site, as well as terms and conditions relating to services offered by Be Superhuman on the site and in our wellness center.
The following terms and conditions should be carefully read. These terms and conditions will apply to your use of the site and purchases of our services on this site, app, or in a center. And you now hereby agree to our terms and conditions.
Please note that sessions are subject to availability, but we will always do our best to accommodate you.
We require a £50 deposit for appointments longer than 60 minutes.
All sessions must be paid in advance, and clients agree to our 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. You will be charged if you miss a scheduled session or cancel within 24 hours.
In addition, information available on this site, via the app, or through the services offered at the Be Superhuman centre does not constitute medical advice, so you should make sure that you receive appropriate medical advice to determine if you are fit and healthy to attend these sessions. We are not responsible for doing so. It is recommended that you consult a doctor before starting any of our modalities.
In addition, it is vital that you provide us with accurate information about yourself. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information we receive from you.
Despite our best efforts to ensure that all information contained on this site (and delivered to you by us as part of any Service) is accurate, we do not accept any liability for any error or omission and do not accept any liability for any action you take (including legal representatives and heirs) may take or loss or injury you may suffer (indirect or direct, including loss of pay, profit, opportunity, or time, pain and suffering, any indirect, consequential, or special loss, however arising) based on the information you find on this site or through any service we provide to you.

Advance Payments: Any advance payments or payments made for our services and packages are considered non-refundable.
Consumer Rights: We acknowledge and respect your rights as a consumer under UK consumer protection laws. However, it’s important to note that, by making an advance payment for our services and packages, you acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a contract where immediate services or the provision of goods will be delivered. As such, the right to cancel and receive a refund, as provided by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, may not be applicable in certain circumstances.
Transfer of Services: Please note that the transfer of services to a nominated person is only applicable in specific cases and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Contact our customer support for further information on the eligibility and process for transferring services.
Dispute Resolution: If you have any concerns or disputes regarding a payment made, we encourage you to contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. We are committed to addressing any legitimate concerns within the bounds of UK law and fair business practices.
According to these terms and conditions, “Sessions” means any information and Full Body Cryotherapy sessions, Red Light Therapy Sessions, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Sessions, IV Drip Therapy Sessions, Compression Therapy Sessions that Be Superhuman may provide to you via the Site, app, or center and all services that are part of any package.
You will have cancellation rights in connection with the electronic information supplied to you by Be Superhuman. This will be treated as a “Session”, not a Product. Any product offered for sale on the Site or in the Be Superhuman center is considered a “Product”. The “Site” is the website at the URL www.BeSuperhumanOfficial.com or any replacement site(s) from time to time.
This Site is for your personal use and you are required to adhere to these Terms in order to use the site. You are not permitted to copy or use material from this site for commercial purposes.

There will be no contract regarding the Services until we send you an email confirming the particulars of your order, the value of the order, and the Services that you have purchased.
Prices and availability displayed on the site, app, or in our center may change at any time without notice.
Be Superhuman may update these terms and conditions from time to time. As a user of the site or app, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. Be Superhuman Limited has my permission to deduct my monthly dues from my credit/debit card. You will be charged a monthly deduction on the same date each month beginning the day you sign up.
If I wish to cancel my subscription, I will need to submit a written notice 15 days prior to my final billing cycle and any account changes will need to be requested by the cardholder with a signature as authorization.
Until I reinstate my account or fully cancel it, I may freeze my membership at any time.
Our vouchers are valid for a year unless stated otherwise.
Do not use full-body cryotherapy if you are pregnant or have:
Hyperthyroidism; narrowing of the valves; crescent-shaped aorta and mitral valve; chronic respiratory illness; severe hypertension (blood pressure >180/100); acute or recent myocardial infarction (heart attack); must be cleared by a physician to exercise), arrhythmia, symptomatic cardiovascular disease, acute or recent cerebrovascular accident (stroke; must be cleared for exercise), uncontrolled seizures, fever, symptomatic lung disorders, bleeding disorders, infection, claustrophobia, intolerance to cold, incontinence, cancer or wear a pacemaker.
The Cryotherapy Chamber should not be entered while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or illegal substances.
The minimum age for treatments is 16 years; however, those under 18 years old will need parent supervision.
If you have any questions regarding your current medical condition and the use of a Red Light Therapy room please consult your medical doctor before use. Red Light Therapy room is contraindicated for the following conditions or you should consult your medical doctor prior to use. It should not be inferred or implied that Red Light Therapy cures or treats any disease. In the rare event that you experience pain and/or discomfort while in the Red Light Room immediately discontinue use.
