The healing benefits of HBOT

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) involves breathing almost pure oxygen in a small chamber. This therapy helps by increasing the atmospheric pressure in the body. It’s possible to micronize the oxygen molecule into the blood plasma instead of the haemoglobin. Haemoglobin has a specific amount of oxygen it can absorb, then after a certain point, it is maxed out. But when enough pressure is applied to the body, the plasma can absorb up to five times the normal oxygen amount which allows for carbonation of the blood plasma. This promotes an accelerated regeneration of cells throughout the body which attributes to rapid recovery and repair of body tissues.

It is understood that HBOT helps with the following symptons:

Great experience at Super human. Great customer service, attentive staff and hygienic practices followed. Used the oxygen machine, cold chamber and red light therapy. Process fully explained for all machines and fully supported by staff.

This was my first time using these therapies and I was very impressed. My wife and I used all 3; Infrared, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and Cryotherapy.The staff explained the therapies and what I could expect very clearly and patiently inviting any questions and addressing any preconceptions I had.The facilities were clean and pleasant with lovely music playing throughout.I am very impressed and will certainly be returning.I’d also suggest popping in for a juice if you’re passing even if you aren’t using the facilities.

I used the hyperbaric oxygen and red light therapy. I found it very relaxing and a great opportunity to switch off. It really helped me recover from long COVID. All the staff were very professional and friendly and offered up great advice into the benefits. Overall a great experience. Looking forward to my next session.

I’ve just started my third course of Cryotherapy at Be Superhuman and it’s such an incredible treatment for energy and overall wellness. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always play a great tune while I’m dancing around in the chamber.

I tried a number of differnent therapies available at this establishment and was amazed how I felt upon leaving. You dont have to be a powerlifter or extreme athlete to feel the benefits, I highly recommend those with busy day jobs to give this a try. My faviroute was the Cryotherapy, have not experienced anything like it before. Furthermore, this place has a high standard of hygiene and an amazing smoothie bar.
